Mischa was the daughter of a wealthy and famous Mischa Barton on 24 January of 1986. The birthplace was in Hammersmith England, United Kingdom. The O.C. she played Marissa Cooper a socialite. Romanians greeted her home with a sense of pride. Comaneci won two additional medals with gold in her 9 medals in the Olympics just four years after the event. The total of her Olympic medals was raised to 9 awards when, in 1980, she was awarded two more gold and two silver at the Olympics. Comaneci was one of the American Olympic Champion Bart Conner married her in April of 1996. Together they had one child Dylan Paul. They own a number of companies that are related to gymnastics including Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy. Comaneci is also a member of a number of charitable boards which include her position on the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association Board of Directors and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. In addition, she continues to give money and time to many charities, such as her involvement with the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital located in Bucharest.
