Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my wonderful fianc JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. Most people are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung where I record my personal life: the highs, the lows and everything in between. When I was 1 and a half years old my family, me and my parents came from the United States to America. If not because of the sacrifices made by my parents, I wouldn't even be here today sharing this life with you. My parents were my inspiration and helped me to become prosperous. My plan of life was: I would go to university, get an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy a home. This was my vision of what success looked like. But the reality of life changed my ideas. The year 2013 was the year I began looking forward to going back to work. job because the pay and prestige was not bringing me joyand I was feeling like I was wasting my time and energy in exchange for a salary but I knew that I was destined for something more. In 2013, I realized that my passion was working out. I also loved having fun and being able to aid other people. On the path towards this direction change in my life, I discovered private training. The year 2014 was the year I began my business on the side and in this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. It's not common to see an Asian woman working in this field. My goal is to be a positive influencer within the field to offer the best coaching and guidance to help people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing the most sustainable life that meets the individual needs and desires. Also, I'm dedicated to helping others become empowered so that they can reach their goals, pursue their dreams and live the life you've always wanted to live. When my business was taking the air I also lost my mom. This loss is the hardest of everything. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will forever be on my mind and in my heart. mind. If you don't realize the signs at first, God is a way of providing us with what we truly need. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. I believe her death gave me an opportunity to begin the next chapter. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. She had her chance to start a new chapter in her life which gave me the chance to lead an enjoyable and satisfying life. In the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. I am able to say that I live now and not just surviving as I did before. My experiences are shared with my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences and words. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. You are capable of accomplishing anything you wish in your life. Therapy is essential as is regular. Health is the greatest riches. I hope to live your life at the highest level and not have regrets in the final hours of your life. We are the only guarantee in life.
